By the looks of things we're gonna have just the one car on the stand (Rich's). That should give us a good few hrs work on the vinyl roof replacement, then suggest we have a few sprint alloys to refurb.
Those who are coming could you pls email me on jeff at lane5026 dot freeserve dot co dot uk. If you could all get in touch this wk it should help as we need to confirm numbers and agree whos gonna bring what etc Just had a thought, i have 3 doors which i havent got rnd to swapping over, boot, bonnet and also windscreen needs swapping. If we can replace all the seals for the glass, that should take a few hrs... I'm sure i can think of summit else too before the show... what do you all reckon? Many thanks Jeff |

We now have the passes and some info about the show;
There are 3 vehicle passes - these are to get cars in through the exhibitor's entrance and if necessary into the hall itself (for unloading etc). You may need to check if more passes are needed Jeff, ring Vintage & Classic Events to confirm. There are around 10 exhibitor's passes, these are needed to gain entry to the hall for setting up. Everyone working on the stand needs one. We can order more if necessary, the club will pay for them. Setting up times are Saturday 2pm - 9pm (approx) and Sunday 7.30am - 9.30am. All exhibitors must be in the hall by 9.30am (exhibitor's passes not valid after that time) and setting up completed. Doors open to visitors at 10am, show ends at 5pm. The stand size is 8m x 6m, electric is provided. |

I've spoken to Vintage & Classic Events, we're ok to have more cars in to unload if required.
We still could do with a few extra hands, anyone feeling the need to help out? I'll be going over on the saturday to unload some gear. Will advise the location to meet up ASAP, (it'll be the same garage as last yr to those that were there) just need to pinpoint it on the map. It'll be 7.30am meet by the way. Cancel the above, the badge holders that I thought I had have sprouted legs and marched off into the sunset. The new ones I have managed to procure are 75mmx40mm.
